Jordan Murphy (RYT 200) began her yoga practice in 2013 as a way to move through deep depression and anxiety. Through yoga, Jordan discovered how to bloom again. Teaching since 2020, her classes are an invitation to relax and unwind while bringing gentle movement to your body. She specializes in trauma-informed yoga, as well as prenatal, vinyasa, and restorative yoga.
