Designed for all ages, flexibility levels, & body types, my sessions are led in a Trauma-Sensitive & Body-Conscious way to promote positive mind-body-emotion connection. 🧘🏽‍♀️ This class is my own concoction of upbeat Cardio, Stretch, Mindful Movement, Dance, & Fun Fun Fun!!! So if having fun while getting fit is your jam, join me live online at lunchtime while I serve up for some tasty beats. Or watch a video replay later as an after-dinner snack, haha! As the Millennials say, it's gonna be lit! 🔥 Have some water on hand to stay hydrated & wear some comfy clothes & sneakers so you can cut a rug in style! 👟
