If you've ever wondered if yoga was really "right" for you or your body, wonder no more. Join me for "Yoga with Love"! This class aims to offer a safe, welcoming, and empowering space to begin or enhance your yoga practice using a variety of pose options and supports that are right for YOUR body. Please come and take part in an inspiring body affirming experience. Beginners are very welcome!
