Description

In just 7 minutes a day, traction in a yoga trapeze can alleviate back pain. We'll stretch in a very easy, "down-to-earth" way. You don't even need to know yoga. You just have to hang a yoga trapeze in your home, on your porch, in your backyard, or from a public park structure.
