Our yoga/strength fusion class will begin with Sun Salutations and continue as a strength building class using yoga poses as foundations for various exercises using weights. For example we'll hold a Warrior 1 pose as we breathe through biceps curls or shoulder presses. Work on better balance and better joint mobility while strengthening muscles and bones. This is a great strength class for all levels and a good introduction to weights for beginners.
