We are conditioned to do everything we see on social media or what everyone else is doing. This causes lots of stress and anxiety, this yoga class will help you manage your day to day anxiety by returning to your breath. The class is gentle paced with asana, and bramhari pranayama throughout the class. We will begin with a Mantra Chanting and kirtan.
