Loving our body comes with understanding it, particularly our hormonal system. This class is designed for women from puberty to menopause to support their hormonal system, body, and mind. The practice reduces stress, and develop mindfulness of women' s physiology and psychology. You will practice poses, breathing exercises, visualization and a short meditation. My training in "Hormone Yoga Therapy" in addition of my other Yoga and Ayurveda trainings was a guide for me to create this class.
