Description

This is a high energy flow. We will focus on creating space in the body to become more flexible and build muscle with strength and intentional body movement. We will begin with a gentle warm up and build up to some heat to get our blood pumping, ended with a slow stretch and cool down. You will love it. It will be just what your body needs to get your weekend going.
