"If you can breathe you can do this yoga" Donation Based Join Carla from Acorn Energetics for a journey through the Chakras. We open the class with a breathing exercise, warm up the body with a focus on engaging the core, improving circulation and flexibility. Then we focus on a kriya ( a set of exercises with an intended result or outcome) that is designed to engage the chakras in an energetic and accessible way. We end with a relaxing sound bath and savasana as well as a meditation and/or mantra to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. This is an all levels, Kundalini based yoga class. If you are new to kundalini or think it is something so out there it can't possibly be for you - please consider giving this class a try. It is a great way to experience your own body and a great workout (or work in). You don't have to wear white, you don't have to sit on a sheepskin, you don't have to know any special languages or wear a turban - this is yoga for every-body
