Create beneficial change using your body, breath, and mind. In addition to yoga postures, we will also practice meditation, breathing, and other yogic arts. This class focuses on fundamental learnings and will move at a very gentle pace. If you've never done yoga before or just enjoy learning from the ground up, this is the class for you.
