Dress comfy! A pen & paper will be used for jotting down notes during the coaching portion of the session. For the movement part of the class, please grab a yoga mat, folding chair, tennis-sized ball, blocks/books, strap/scarf, blanket & pillow, if you have them handy. If not, no worries, I'll demo some easy prop hacks. We won't use all props every class, but it's good to keep them on standby, just in case I get a whim. 😉
