Don't let the name scare you- if you have a body, you ARE an athlete. Yoga for athletes is not a powerful class- it is a stretchy, bendy self- care class that is exactly what any and all athletes need! No prior yoga experience needed. Some classes recommend the use of a strap or block.

The warm-up room opens 15 minutes prior to the class. - We highly recommend you test your device setup ahead of time. Test Device
You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
Show up early to grab your favorite seat! 15 interactive seats, where instructor can see you, are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
