Description

This class is a Vinyasa Flow class focused on embodiment of yoga fundamentals and building yoga vocabulary. We are moving with our breath through the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, ether. This class will prepare you to participate in any all-levels yoga class. We will practice pranayama and asana, breathing and poses.

Equipment Required

Props are optional but encouraged: yoga mat, belt, 2 blocks, bolster or sitting pillow
