Description

YOGA FLOW CLASS: ( age 14 +) This yoga flow class is basic Hatha yoga practice that includes sunsalutation , balance poses and other seated and standing postures. All postures will be teach with focus on proper alignment , foundation, mind-full awareness and vinyasa ( breath ). Each class will include breathing, warmups, asanas and relaxation.
