YIN YOGA AND GUIDED MEDITATION : ( age 14 + beginners and Seniors) This practice is done laying down on ground and is great for beginners . Also it is great practice for a person who is working out a lot in gym and is stiff. It helps in deep stretching while adding breathing and mindfulness. Great practice to release anxiety,stress and hormonal imbalance. Helps to connect your mind ,body and breath. We are using blocks, straps, rolled towels and pillows as props.
