Yin Yoga and Massage share some of the same benefits The simple truth is that each of these practices are not particularly hard but they do take time, attention, and commitment to regularly receive those benefits. And that is what we do. We learn and practice techniques such as reflexology, acupressure, trigger point and the simple importance of touch. So you can be your own massage therapist and understand just how she/he seems to know what to work on.
