Description

The magic happens when we slow down. Long holds in passive postures help us naturally lengthen our connective tissues, ligaments, and joints to increase flexibility and maintain longevity in our bodies. I'll guide you through the poses with alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Each shape is held for 3-7 minutes, and then we finish with a sweet savasana.

Equipment Required

Yoga mat. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are helpful, but not always necessary.
