Let's take our time and get into the deep connective tissue to feel softer and move a bit easier. Yin practices involve deep, long slow holds to lengthen and get into the connective tissue. Muscles de-activate and we breathe and release tension along the way.

Blanket, block, bolster (pillows or extra blankets can be folded to create bolsters).
