This is for people experiencing weight gain. Yoga is powerful! Using the correct postures and breathing practices help us to regulate our nervous system and endocrine system creating better balance in our hormones. We will also learn to interrupt the pattern of unconscious eating. Please join me and learn postures and breath work that can help. If you need a different time/day, please let me know.
