Description

Welcome to the weekend warrior yoga series! We'll practice yoga together to help you power-up your energy, so you'll feel replenished and rejuvenated. This is a medium intensity yoga class— yes, it's still beginner friendly!— yet, it's geared at helping you activate your energetic body. We'll talk about the chakras, your prana, and we'll get into a good flow with light-hearted play. Are you ready? I'll be with you every step of the way!
