This class will get your heart rate up in intervals . Moving through traditional Barre moves to cardio bursts to keep the body guessing . It’s important to mix up your cardio workouts–not all cardio is created equal. This cardio barre workout can be done at home or on the road since it doesn’t require any equipment. The cardio HIIT bursts bring a new element to your barre workout, to strengthen and tone muscles while also getting your cardio fix in to release endorphins, burn fat, and make your heart healthy.
