Discover your inner strength with this 1.5 hour foundational series workshop where we will be exploring the foundations of the warrior poses. The class will discuss and guide you through the prerequisite poses needed to feel strong and confident in all of the warrior poses that we will be exploring. We will complete the class with a strengthening warrior meditation! This class is suitable for beginners with some yoga experience or intermediate yogis who want to strengthen and explore.
