Strength is important for improved metabolism, building strong muscles, and maintaining strong bones...especially as we age! In this class, we alternate rounds of cardio-walking with rounds of strength exercises using bands and dumbbells. Great for beginners and those wanting to improve their "lifestyle" fitness and overall health. Nearly 100% standing, low impact, easy on the joints, and grow-with-you-intensity options allow you to go at your own pace and develop your fitness level a little bit more each day! Each day has a slightly different focus: Monday = Cardio, Wednesday = Toning and Endurance, and Friday = Strength. SAVE WITH A PACKAGE! Resistance bands (heavy, medium & light) and/or dumbbells of varying sizes.
