This is cardio-focused aerobic workout where we alternate fast paced-walking with full body exercises like low-intensity jumping jacks, knee raises, etc. Nearly 100% standing, low impact, easy on the joints, and grow-with-you-intensity options allow you to go at your own pace and develop your fitness level a little bit more each day!
