Welcome to Walk for Life! This is a lifestyle fitness class that will help you get fit, strong and healthy. We alternate fast-paced walking with full-body movements. Today's focus is Balance & Burn - so we will spend some time building muscular endurance using toning movements. An upbeat playlist is recommended.
