Great for beginners and those wanting to improve their "lifestyle" fitness and overall health. This is an aerobic workout where we alternate fast paced-walking with full body exercises like low-intensity jumping jacks, knee raises, etc. Nearly 100% standing, low impact, easy on the joints, and grow-with-you-intensity options allow you to go at your own pace and develop your fitness level a little bit more each day! Each day has a slightly different focus: Monday = Cardio, Wednesday = Toning and Endurance, and Friday = Strength.
