If you take 5 sessions from Jackie...you can expect five completely different classes. I invite you to experience how amazing yoga can be first thing in the morning! A great class for the entire body. Wake up stiff joints and turn your attention to tight muscles. Different body parts will be asked to move to your capacity. You will experience in a gentle way conditioning of the mind, stretching, a light flow, balancing postures, and guided relaxation. The perfect class to start the day! This is an online class that you will do from the comfort of your living room. Meet your yoga teacher Jackie Hooper from Pittsburgh, PA. She received her Yoga Teacher training from the oldest Yoga school in the world, The Yoga Institute from India in June, 2020. If the current class times don't suit your schedule, I offer 1-on-1 sessions. I am open to adding classes if I can get at least 3 students to attend.
