Join me for an hour long energizing vinyasa yoga flow! This class is designed to get your body moving and your mind de-cluttered to start your day. Each class is unique and open for all levels, incorporating mindful breathing, creative sequences and playful balancing poses. We'll explore Chakras, Ayurveda, and more. We’ll also begin and end with a meditation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed from head to toe.
