45 Minute Morning Hatha Yoga Class. All Level Energizing and uplifting morning class featuring pranayama, sun salutations, lunge flows, total body strengthening and detoxing twisted asanas. Class ends with reclining pigeon and relaxing body scan in savasana. Helpful Props: 2 blocks, yoga blanket, eye mask.
