Description

Based on the 30 min class from 11/30 with more good stuff thrown in. Lots of twisting, balancing, core work, and some grounding work at the end with Legs Up the Wall pose, box breathing and, of course, Savasana. There might be some glitching as my wifi was misbehaving, but it is still followable. Enjoy!
