This is a vinyasa style yoga class that focuses on holding each position for approximately 30 seconds to release the Golgi Tendon to get an incredible stretch. Watch yourself improve on mobility, flexibility, and balance.
The warm-up room opens 15 minutesprior to the class. - We highly recommend you test your device setup ahead of time.
