This is an upper body focused class designed to work everything from your waist up. A variety of Upper Body and core moves are blended to create a solid upper body routine that will get you lean and ripped. To finish your workout there is a big push with a Metcon or AMRAP to help you increase the efficiency of any energy system after your workout and bring your training to the next level. Equipment typically used: Mat, Dumbbells (Light/Moderate/Heavy), Long resistance band, and a bench or elevated service (but not required).
