Uppeer Body Shred is ideal for anyone who wants to scuplt the arms, tone the abs, and shred unwanted fat. This class will be 40 minutes long and offered 2 days per week. The primary goals is to get shredded using dumbbells, bands, and body weight exercises to optimize performance and minimize the risk of injury. For all fitness levels! Modifications are shown for all exercises--beginner to advanced.
