This work out will work the upper body with the use of weights. We will work all the muscles from the small ones to the big ones. Each week we will expand the workout so at the end of the month you feel AMAZING with the results you have made. The core is the foundation of the body and the optimal workout is a total body workout with weights. You can't spot reduce and lose weight in one area. We will use a ball to work the core. It is not mandatory but it sure does make it feel better.
