Description

Upper body and core focused exercises using body weight and dumbbells to get your heart pumping and your shoulders shaking. 35 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. 8 exercises/6 rounds with an ab finisher at the end! A good warm up and cool down are always part of the 60 minute class.

A set of dumbbells is all you'll need!
