This will be a strength and resistance workout. We will be doing circuits or superset training to help build lean muscle mass. We will do low impact movements. We will really focus on time under tension and the temp at which we workout. Short workouts with cardiovascular intervals to keep your heart elevated! You will need a band for this class, if you have weights that would work too.
