Join my 45 minute TOTAL BODY workout! All you need is a mat and water plus a light and heavy set of dumbbells (Monday only). In this class you will SWEAT and leave feeling strong and refreshed. We will work in circuits on building strength, improving your cardio, and mobilizing all the part of your body that need it. Donations accepted through Moxie - suggested donation is $10. Thank you!
