Class will start on the hour after a 15 minute meditation It's hump day so you either have to push a little harder or take it down a little. Either way you will get all your fitness needs taken care of in this class. Total body work out that can be a tabata, AMRAP, 5-4-3-2-1, boxing countdown, pyramid, ladder or whatever StarzTina has dreamt up format. You will be guaranteed to get a total body work out. with strength and cardio.
