Are you a runner looking to achieve a PR this summer or fall with a return to in-person racing? If so, this class is for you! There's no denying that the runners who are able to maintain form and prevent injury while racing are those who invested time into a strength training program. Let me take remove the guesswork around what exercises you should be working on... or, what muscle groups you need to focus on most. As a fellow runner and personal trainer, I've got you covered. Every class, we'll touch on all the major muscle groups runners need to give attention to! Plus, we'll throw in some HIIT drills to help with speed and agility. This class is offered 3x a week and will be the perfect complement to your running plan. Join me and let's PR this season.
