SassiFit Dance Fitness is dance fitness for EVERYONE- no dance or fitness experience necessary! Our signature class format of 5 cardio dance mini routines in the styles of jazz, hip hop, burlesque, Latin, hula, poms and belly dance- followed by 25 minutes of mat-based strength training inspired by yoga, Pilates and floor barre. SassiFit is 30 minutes of cardio dance routines designed for non-dancers and dancers alike! Come dance in the dark with us! No dance experience required, all fitness and ability levels welcome. Modifications and challenge options to all moves make the choreography completely customizable. There’s no I in team but there is in SassiFit because this workout is all about you.
