Join me for a 60-minute yoga class featuring 45 minutes of beginner-friendly slow flow, followed by 15 minutes of yin yoga-inspired long holds for a pause to stretch out all the tight sports. Class finishes with a five-minute final rest, because performance without Rest is NOTHING! This is a beginner-friendly class with open-level options driven by a beat-driven playlist! ALL BODIES ARE WELCOME TO THE SQUAD!
