Using resistance bands (available at The Sling Method Equipment Shop www.the sling method.com/equipment-shop/ ), we will work our way through The Sling Method. Weekly we will make progress working on our postural positioning using the Runners’ Rehab exercises and improve how we move using The Basic 8 & The Intermediate 10 exercises. We may even throw in some extra movements which are not in the Ebooks too 😉. We start by learning the fundamentals of movement for runners as we work to make our torso the muscles that drive and power our gait to become a Faster Stronger Longer - “Slinging” runner!
