Coming to an end of our Week #3 to the “Lean Queen Muscle Building Machines” Program and never backing down from a challenge. This workout might feel like you are being punished but the reward is the strongest upper body coming your way. Let’s work through our full upper body to contract, build, and isolate the very muscles that make us stand out. This is a triset workout so we will be performing three single movements that are similar or work the same muscle groups back to back to back and with weights with a rest or break after that 3 move set. I always have modifications for progressions and regressions. Majority of the moves involve the notorious plank that is great at engaging the core. Grab your dumbbells Queens and let’s go!
