Hello My Beautiful Fitness Queens! Today marks the start of my August Program entitled “SUPERNATURAL SLIM DOWN”. This program was designed to follow a periodization that focuses first on Stability, then Strength, and finally Power while being an aide to use muscles you never thought you had to fulfill weight loss goals you’ve desired for a while to attain. As we blast the calories away while making sure to build muscle… you will emerge stronger, more defined and healthier than before. Let’s go Queens! This Fitness Assessment will combine 7 exercises that you will complete on repeat for a certain amount of time. The goal here is to complete as many sets as possible with in a 25 minute window. At the end of the “SUPERNATURAL SLIM DOWN” Program you will be assessed again! The goal is to see how much stronger and endurance we all received to complete more sets or more exercises than the first assessment on day one. At the end you will see just how Supernaturally Strong you can be!
