A fast-paced, hard hitting class – focusing on 5 movements. This detailed focus allows us to concentrate on what it is you need to be better. This is a high intensity class with each workout consisting of explosive movement, deep hip flexion, and core stability. If you don’t have weights, don’t worry - the objects in your house may be utilized.

Equipment Required

Mat, Moderate DBs (10-15#), Broom stix, Chair or something sturdy to stand on.
