Think Fitness 30 is a multi-directional total body workout. In just 30 minutes you will work on strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness with nothing more than your body weight and at times, one dumbbell. There's no description that will do this one justice- just try it and I promise that in 24 hours you will be thinking of me fondly!
