This class is for people who already know Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis (Parts 1 & 2) and are interested in developing advanced Tai Chi skills. We will learn about internal energy through the lens of kinesiology, including interoception, force transmission, structural alignment, releasing held tension, pandiculation. Benefits of these advanced techniques include superior balance and stability, serenity, mindfulness, and improved physical and mental health.
