This class is designed for everyone. All exercises revolve around 18 step Tai Chi/Qigong which is a Tai Chi exercised designed to improve general health. You will find this class helpful if you are trying to ease back into a regular exercise routine. In addition, this class can supplement your current athletic program by giving you great warm up exercises.

The warm-up room opens 15 minutes prior to the class. - We highly recommend you test your device setup ahead of time. Test Device
You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
