A Qi Gong set of 12 exercises to keep the body loose and pliable. As a health set it's a gentle exercise that will strengthen the connective tissues and prevent stagnation that leads to stiffness and pain. Also great for athletes who are looking to maintain pliability and strength.

Equipment Required

A yoga block or large book to stand on one foot to gently swing the other. A high back chair or wall for support.
