Tactical Garage Workout of the Day (WOD) is a series delivered by active-duty Marine Chris Reardon with Freedom Fitness America that is designed to train military professionals and other tactical athletes from law enforcement and first responder community to improve fitness performance on the job while also incorporating inspirational content to push athletes and be victorious in operational settings and in life. Fitness programming comes from Mountain Tactical Institute which utilizes a unique research methodology aimed at identifying real-world areas of improvement and identifying immediately deployable mission-direct solutions.
